When an appliance fails, three different questions are often collapsed into one: what probably went wrong, what is safe to do next, and whether repair is financially sensible. Search results, parts shops, repair businesses, and retailers naturally answer those questions from different commercial positions. Keepvero is designed to keep them separate.
How the product works
The diagnosis flow uses structured questions and deterministic rules to identify a possible cause group and safety classification. CostMe turns per-cycle energy and water figures into an annual estimate using the household’s own usage and tariffs. StillWorthIt compares repair with a replacement scenario and exposes the assumptions behind the recommendation.
No language model decides the verdict. The same inputs produce the same output, and a safety stop always overrides the financial calculation.
What Keepvero is—and is not
Keepvero supports a decision; it does not remotely inspect an appliance, certify electrical safety, or replace a qualified technician. A symptom or error code rarely proves that one specific component has failed. We therefore avoid presenting unverified part numbers, retailer prices, or manufacturer claims as facts.
Current scope
The first complete path covers the Bosch WAN282H3/52 washing machine with E18 or a won’t-drain symptom. The architecture supports additional machines and fault flows, but unsupported cases are not disguised as complete diagnoses.
Independence and funding
Keepvero may be funded by clearly labelled advertising in the future. Advertising does not alter diagnosis rules, safety classifications, repair limits, or editorial conclusions. Paid placement will not be presented as a product recommendation.
